Ashley Toliver Williams

Salon Owner, Co-Founder of Fuse Republic & Eufora International Business Team Chairman

Topic: Go For Broke! How to Eradicate Average, Set Your Team on FIRE, and Hit Industry-Defying Targets.

Ashley’s story lives in the people who fight tirelessly alongside her. Her salon team at FRINGE Salon and Color Bar, founded in 2011. The Business Education team at Eufora International, where she currently resides as National Chairman. The movement she co-founded with her partner, Timothy Humphries. Fuse Republic is powered by the relentless quest to give people what they need to create success for themselves. Her career is the result of incredible people and immense failure, dedicating her life to the service of others who desire extreme growth.

She is focused on wrecking current salon industry standards: Hairstylists who care about sales and their future, “non-income producing” team members who work tirelessly creating careers for themselves in support of profit, and cohesiveness among industry professionals who believe in something bigger and in possibilities unseen. Her commitment lives in refusing to go along with what people, inside and out of this industry, say is the best that we can do.

Presentation Description:

What if the problems we face are that we’ve been focused on the wrong things led by the same conversations we have been having for years in an industry that’s BEGGING US to evolve? Let’s go ALL-IN, fight for our future and do what people keep saying can’t be done. Stylists won’t sell, Salons won’t profit, People won’t buy from salons. WRONG! We are part of the greatest, most creative industry in the world. It’s time to get creative and do the RIGHT WORK in our businesses.

Olivia Smalley

OMG! Artistry

Topic “Social Savvy Stylist”

Presentation Description:

In this class Olivia will help you understand the inner workings of social media and how to use it as a stylist and salon owner to grow your business. She will give you the tools and the knowledge to be confident when creating content, writing captions, and posting to social media.

Jay Williams

25 year veteran of the Salon Industry, Author & Educator

Topic: “Values Based Leadership”

Jay has worked for world-class hair brands, thriving distributors, educational institutions, and one-on-one with thousands of leaders. Jay understands the challenges and opportunities from salon owners point of view and will draw on his rich experience to help you unlock your potential and fuel your passion.

Presentation Description:

Let’s talk about values; when the things that you do and the way you behave match your values, life is usually good – you're satisfied and content. You go beyond your mental, physical and financial engagement and offer your emotional engagement. That emotional engagement is the ultimate trigger for discretionary performance. Values lead to predictability and predictability leads to trust. Can people with different values than you work for you?

Rachel Ringwood

Hair Stylist & Wellness Speaker

Topic: “Safeguard your passion”

Rachel by way of introduction is a Hairstylist, Salon/Barbershop Owner, Co Founder of a Product company, motivational story teller, and mental health advocate.

Rachel suffered a traumatic brain Injury that made her stop and reevaluate her health and lifestyle, she then started educating hairstylists the importance of taking care of themselves mentally and physically behind the chair.

Hairstylists are often so busy they tend to put their own health aside for their clients. Back to back bookings may prevent them from eating, hydrating or even stopping to stretch. We all need to focus on the importance of our  health all around.

She shares the importance of investing in yourself as very often we neglect our health to make sure we are being successful as “time is money” but hurting ourselves in the process.

Presentation Description:

Rachel’s presentation will be a mix of information and inspiration regarding this very topic which is such a massive issue in the beauty industry... we don’t want our Mind and Bodies to burn out before our passion does!
