Inside Phorest - is this still happening?

Yes! Just slightly different. Inside Phorest - exclusive access to the upcoming plans and features in the works with our product and development teams - is no longer an add-on event but is incorporated throughout the main Summit event.

I have dietary requirements. Who do I speak to?

You will have the opportunity (and are encouraged) to let us know if you have any dietary requirements when purchasing your tickets. If you have any additional restrictions please email salonsummit@phorest.com so that we can cater accordingly

Will there be an afterparty?

Of course! You can expect lots of networking opportunities, dancing and maybe even some karaoke

Is the event just for salon owners or can I bring my team?

The Salon Owners Summit is for salon owners and staff. In fact, the more the merrier!

If I can no longer attend the Salon Owners Summit and have to cancel my ticket, what is the policy?

Cancellations must be made in writing to salonsummit@phorest.com before the cancellation deadline to qualify for a refund.

The deadline for cancelleations in 2025 will be made clear once the tickets go on sale. No refunds or credits will be granted after this date.

No-shows will not receive a refund or credit.
