Nina Tulio

Nina Tulio is an industry-leading salon business mentor, speaker, and educator helping salon owners and stylists around the world to grow their business, while growing themselves. She is also the Business Education Ambassador/TikTok Ambassador with Oligo Professionnel.

Nina has 26 years in the industry. She has served in all facets of the business. 20 years as a hairstylist, 8 years as a chain salon executive, and 11 years as a successful commission salon owner. In 2016, Nina decided to sell her salon to fulfill her dream of creating her own consulting agency. This business was created simply to help owners and stylists not only grow their business, but grow their confidence. Combining her deep passion and care for people and her love for the industry, Nina has made it her mission to uplift the beauty industry and empower anyone that is a part of it.

I am looking forward to meeting new people that are just as passionate about our industry and serving others as I am. And I can’t wait to witness those aah ha moments as they become even more confident and more empowered than ever!


David Meade

David is a first-class honours graduate from Ulster University’s School of International Business. His work as a lecturer and award-winning researcher in business and strategy with one of Irelands leading Universities has built his reputation as one of Europe’s most sought-after organisational facilitators. David’s personal interests have always focused on aspects of popular psychology, consumer behaviour, and choice. By combining his professional background with his personal passions and his love of the performance of mentalism, David has become a sought-after speaker with a reputation for an innovative style that forces audiences to think critically about the challenges around them.

Sharmadean Reid

Sharmadean Reid is an entrepreneur, founding Beautystack and WAH Nails. Her mission is to use technology to empower women, economically, socially and culturally. She is a former fashion stylist and brand consultant who started WAH as a hip hop magazine for girls in 2006 while still at university and founded WAH Nails as a side project in 2009. WAH completely changed the beauty landscape with its millennial voice, feminist attitude and innovative salon space. She then wrote two books, delivered global pop up nail salons for 100s of brands, created a product line with Walgreen Boots Alliance and was awarded an MBE from HRH Queen in 2015 for services to Beauty. With her experience from WAH, she founded Beautystack, a new way to book beauty through images. In 2021, after over 10 years of organising women’s communities and events across beauty, business and self-development, Sharmadean launched The Stack, a meeting place for women who are changemakers, entrepreneurs and innovators.

Geno Stampora

Geno Stampora and his work have been featured in Modern, American, Salon Today, Nails, Nailpro, Dayspa, Launchpad, and almost every salon and spa trade magazine. You can also find articles in Glamour, Elle, The New Yorker, Washingtonian Magazine and others. He is considered an industry expert and Business Guru.

He has made a major contribution to the beauty industry in many ways. He has owned, managed, and worked behind the chair in his collection of salons. He has owned two beauty academies’, where he also instructed. Geno has been a distributor and sales consultant to salons, a major platform artist, and has shared the stage with the world’s greatest artists.

As an, industry expert, and speaker, Geno has consulted with many manufacturers. He has educated industry artists and sales people all over the world. He has coached the winning teams in beauty. He has and continues to be a keynote speaker, contributing artist, and consultant to the industry.

He is author of SUCCESS DYNAMICS, a beauty academy text book. He has created many of the bestselling CD’s and downloads in the industry. Geno continues to contribute to beauty by being an outstanding example and Mentor. In 2009 Geno was inducted into the North American Hairstylists Awards coveted “HALL of LEADERS”. One of only 22 Beauty Professionals in History!

Zoé Bélisle-Springer

( they / he ) Global Education Content Lead at Phorest

Few introverts can claim to have made a name for themselves by facilitating over 250 podcast conversations, but Zoé Bélisle-Springer is not your typical introvert. As the Global Content Education Lead at Phorest and resident host of the PhorestFM podcast, Zoé has made inspiring contributions to the salon community over the past

seven years, resulting in various speaking opportunities and content collaborations featured in both print and digital renowned industry media.

Since coming out as transgender in 2021, Zoé has dedicated much of their energy to promoting diversity, equity and inclusion in their personal and professional life. Today, blending advocacy, mentorship and experiences from their transition, they offer intersectional approaches and practical guidance to business owners and their staff on fostering safer spaces and more inclusive cultures in which understanding, kindness, curiosity and compassion prevail.

We all have stories to share. Some shape or empower us, and others change our lives. Only when we take the time to listen and connect with one another do we open the door to vulnerability, acceptance and long-lasting positive change.
